Searching for a product on the Taninos' website is extremely simple. 

Type the product name into the search bar, press enter and the product will appear below.

Alternatively, you can conduct an all item search for products containing keywords by typing the word into the search bar and pressing enter.

Shopping for drinks at Taninos is quite simple!

Simply select your drinks, review your order in cart, and place your order by telling us how and when you like to receive your drinks and how you’ll be paying.

Let's start shopping online..!

1. Select your drinks

a. To place an order online, browse the website and add products to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button.

b. Select your quantity you'd like to order.

NOTE: Did you know that shopping 6 or more bottles you have free shipping?

2. Review your order in cart

When you are finished selecting your drinks and have added them to your cart, click "Cart" button to proceed to checkout.

Review your order. If your cart is right and you are ready to order, click the Terms & conditions box and click on the blue "Checkout" button to proceed.

3. Place your Order

a. You will need to enter a valid email address to place your order.

b. To proceed with a delivery order, complete your contact information and Shipping Address.

c. Select blue "Continue to shopping" button.

d. Select your preferred Shipping Method and press "Continue to payment" button.

e. To finalise your purchase, enter your payment details.

Taninos accepts the following forms of payments: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Once you've entered your payment details, please complete your Billing information and then click "Pay Now"

Your order is successful when you see the order confirmation page.This will display your order number and order summary.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided as part of your order.

1. Ordering through the Taninos del Sud website 

When placing an order on our website, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

2. Personal Information

Taninos del Sud Pty Ltd (ABN: 8963 6676009) collects your personal information when you place an order with us. Our Privacy Policy provides details of how Taninos' collects, uses and discloses your personal information, how you can access your personal information or raise a complaint about the management of your personal information. 

3. Address for delivery

You agree that the address to which we may deliver is the address you gave for delivery as part of your order or any other address we may subsequently agree to accept as the delivery address.

We will not deliver unless all requested delivery details are given when you place your order.

4. Delivery pre-conditions

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who takes receipt of your ordered products, as being authorised for that purpose.

We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances are unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable to accept delivery for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).

We may not deliver your order if any of our requests for verification (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.

5. Delivery Times

We will endeavour to deliver within the times nominated and paid for by you at the time of your order. You accept the risk that occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed.

6. Cancellations by you

You agree that you cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order so that you may place another amended order, please get in touch through our Contact us form or send an email to wholesale@taninosdelsud.com.au

7. Free Delivery

Free delivery only applies when you purchase 6 or more wine bottles. Normal delivery will be charged when is less than 6.
