Hailing from the SuperUco bodega in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, Chacayes is a biodynamic and organic red blend, aged 18 months in French Oak.

Produced by the Michellini Brothers in an exclusive run of 2,000 bottles per year, our emblem of Los Chacayes promises exceptional aging, mixing herbaceous, spicy, and fruity aromas on the nose. With acidity and medium body, extremely poor river rock soil generates a subtly tannic passage in the mouth.

Pair It

Best served between 16° – 18° C, this blend is a perfect pair with beef, braised pork or goat, and hard cheeses.

Cellar It

The 2016 vintage drinks well now but has a cellaring potential of 10-15 years.
